Stranger pairs you with a random person who picked the same mode: text only, voice only, or voice + cam. Text chat is available in every mode.
The server introduces you and relays your text messages, voice and video to the other person.
For moderation, every conversation is recorded and stored on the server: the text chat and the voice and video, together with the time and your network address. Recordings are deleted after 30 days, unless needed to handle a report.
